ISTC London Group – Gamification: The New Black, with Galyna Key, 5th March 2015

The ISTC London Group invites you to meet with Galyna Key to learn about Gamification: The New Black! on Thursday 5th March 2015 at 18:30.

In this presentation Galyna will talk about what gamification is and why this idea is so popular right now. She’ll explain why technical communicators should be interested in gamification, how to start thinking like a game designer, and what are the core game elements you should include in your design toolbox.

We’re meeting once again at The London Canal Museum, which is 5 minutes walk from King’s Cross rail and underground station (directions). Free tea and coffee will be available (and we’ll probably all head out for a drink afterwards!) There is no charge for this meeting but space is limited, so please book early to reserve your place.

ISTC London Group Social, 11th December 2014

The next ISTC London Group event will be a social evening, at the Two Chairmen Pub, (in the upstairs bar), near Trafalgar Square, on Thursday 11th December 2014 from 18:30 onwards. As usual this meeting is open to anyone interested in meeting up with other technical communicators, whether they are ISTC members or not.

There is no cost for this event but please book a free ticket so we know how many people to expect.

We look forward to seeing you at our last event for 2014. If you can’t make it this time we hope to see you in the New Year!

Best wishes from the ISTC London Group team – Galyna, Bridget, and David

We’re meeting at a new venue for our group – The London Canal Museum, which is 5 minutes walk from King’s Cross rail and underground station. Free tea and coffee will be available (and we’ll probably all head out for a drink afterwards!) There is no charge for this meeting but space is limited, so please book early via Eventbrite.
