Our aim:

improve the way we Communicate
and that involves people and companies
too. As individuals we need to provide clear, concise information
so that people know the true meaning of the message. Companies
not only need to understand how groups and bodies of people
communicate but also how to get the information across
to a person, so they might use their product or service
safely and efficiently.
Good communication is synonymous with
high quality and value. By being a member of the ISTC,
people and companies demonstrate their belief in, and are
associated with, quality communication.
