Ideal for people who are not career technical authors, but who need to carry out technical authoring work. Covers the planning of projects, writing from a design, structuring documents, good writing practice, adapting writing style for print and online, punctuation and grammar, techniques for navigation, proofreading and standards.

Course for technical staff who have been tasked with producing end-user documentation. It explains how to communicate information clearly, concisely and correctly to a non-technical audience.
